Note that the refund will only be honored if we cannot deliver the service within the stipulated delivery timeline. But if we have started it, you will have to allow us the time to finish it. If we encounter any issues that require us to ask for a time extension, we will ask for it using the provided means of contact.

If you are not satisfied with our delivered service for any reason, you can get a refund within 3 days only if the service doesn’t appear as described.

Please note that any additional services, custom work, or technical support are non-refundable as our time cannot be recovered.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
